1. How does the F STUDIO Platform work?
F STUDIO is a platform meant to empower a new era of creativity. F STUDIO offers open media channels to promote and support emerging designers & artists. Our promoting channels including, but are not limited to, website & social media platforms, publication features and interviews, and global networking, projects, and partnerships.
F STUDIO's mission is to curate a selection of unique physical products, digital good, and services to our customers. At the same time, create collaborative community for the young, independent talents.
2. What are the categories on the F STUDIO Platform?
F STUDIO offers various Products categories from physical products, digital assets, and services all in one place. Our goal is to provide unique and contemporary apparel that is both consciously-made and affordable. F STUDIO is currently sourcing:
- PHYSICAL PRODUCT: Fashion items, Footwears, accessories, Artworks/Prints, Objects, Publications, and Other (please contact us to inquire).
- DIGITAL ASSETS: 3D Fashion and Accessories Models; Stock images & video footage; Digital Publications; Digital Illustration/Prints; Template, and Other (please contact us to inquire).
- NETWORKING SERVICES: Design services from our talents pool collaborators.
3. What is F STUDIO Journals for?
F STUDIO Journals highlights and promotes individual talent, community activity, or movement that we are supporting. For example, we're sharing stories, behind the sense photos, interview articles, etc., as a part of F STUDIO Sustainability Commitment.
4. What shipping or custom charges do I have to pay?
Shipping fees are varies among shops and location.
Domestic Orders for Physical product is usually $10 per FLAT RATE SHIPPING.
The customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
F STUDIO accepts Mastercard, VISA, and PayPal in US Dollar Currency.
6. What are the delivery times per order?
Delivery times are varies among each shop and your geographic location.
7. How do I track my order?
Shipping notifications with tracking numbers will be sent to your email address after every purchase.

DIGITAL ASSETS FAQs
Digital assets are files created electronically, and that exist as data held on F STUDIO digital storage drive. Customer must select a product’s end user license type (Personal, Commercial and Extended) and provided by F STUDIO for copyright protection.
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT SIGNIFICANTLY ALTERS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
This end-user agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you, the licensee and customer (“you” or “your”), and the provider (“we” or “us” or “our”) of the digital products (“Products”) or instructional, training, mentorship or other professional service packages (“Professional Services”) that you purchase through the F STUDIO Marketplace, regarding your rights and obligations regarding those Products and Professional Services.
**An End Product is a product customer will use from the asset(s) which he/she purchased on F STUDIO**
1. How does the F STUDIO Digital Fashion Category work?
Other than stocking and selling physical products, F STUDIO also a marketplace to sell and purchase digital products and licenses. Our unique e-commerce collaborates with the promising digital creators to provide a well-crafted digital content with conceptual yet, timeless design.
We curate digital items in the same way that we are selecting our physical products. F STUDIO Digital assets will carry the similar aesthetic of contemporary minimalist, conceptual as the brand DNA.
**Please note, downloadable goods for both personal and commercial uses, credits the creator is required.**
2. What are the license scope and restrictions?
You can either select from the 3 license types provided by F STUDIO. Please note that some shop sellers might have different license policies applied.
3. Are F STUDIO digital assets (3D models, images, publications, etc. ) royalty free?
Unless the digital assets are from F STUDIO, we do not own or license any Other-Party Intellectual Property. Each shop sellers are responsible to provide F STUDIO a royalty-free license agreement. Therefore, F STUDIO does not in any way make any representations or warranties about Other-Party Intellectual Property associated with Stock Media Products.
4. Are there limits on how many times I can use a purchased?
Special limitations apply for each license type:
Extended Commercial License: Unlimited number of non-commercial and commercial end products without credit to creator required.
**However, please note that some digital seller might have different criteria for each license type end use.
4. How do I receive my digital purchase?
F STUDIO makes it easy to deliver digital products to our customers. You will get a direct download immediately after checkout, and an emailed link to the digital files.
5. How can I resolve a copyright dispute?
We take all copyright concerns seriously. If you see your copyrighted work being sold on F STUDIO without your permission, please contact us. At that point, we will investigate and follow up with you as we work to take the appropriate action.
**Please note that F STUDIO is unable to provide legal advice or make judgments whether or not any given product does or not infringe upon your intellectual property rights.**
6. What are other digital assets F STUDIO Stock?
F STUDIO currently stocks 3D models, Digital prints/artworks, Stock Images, Video Footage, Digital publications (books & magazines), templates, and many more to come.
